  • btw Im awaiting a big box with funny [wom-wom]content inside

is this one from spotter ??

  • Are you looking to sell those wheels? id be interested in the set :)

  • the rear will be in the near future. still unsure about the front. :) and thanks for the comments.

  • It is looking like one sweet ride.
    Is it a phil hub?

  • Love this build.

  • Thanks guys, V-L no its only a cheap wheel, its an ex hub on a dt585, its getting a phil hub soon though.

  • is this one from spotter ??

    i have sold no wom

  • coming together awesomely.

  • I've been thinking of what colour hub to get for the new rear wheel today, to give you an idea, one of these:

    Then either one of these:

    Or one of these:

    What do you guys think?

  • black rim, silver spokes, nips and hub. Build the set and dibs when ur done

  • NOT H+Sons though, for the love of god.

  • ^You can''t say not H+ and not suggest anything else, what do you have in mind?

V-L you have first dibs haha.

  • ^You can''t say not H+ and not suggest anything else, what do you have in mind?

    deep Vs?..

  • lol (just in case some would think i was serious)

  • i'd go with something more classic, probably low profile in grey ano.

  • Joe tb-14s look very nice in grey, I'm thinking about it.

Scorch, thanks for your valuable input.

  • quite liked the look of those new hson with more of a v profile as well. if you are going to go for the TB14s i'd suggest searching around for something like the ambrosio excelight as you might be able to get them cheaper. same rim profile, smaller price tag (maybe).

  • George I am going for TBs so you can't. Otherwise our Vivs will look way to similar with Phil hubs also ;-)

In all seriousness I think the TBs are a better call than the deep H+. They are just classy as fuck, and your frame, deserves a fuck load of class.

  • Thanks lads, I'm going to have a better look later, Jake i am going to get the frame painted soon, maybe I will go for something different to set ours apart a bit. :)

  • is this one from spotter ??

its two, and haven't been dealing wif spotter.
    :)

  • y r painting? :-( it looks so boss. Ha don't worry about doing that! Who cares.

  • Man i'm going to have to do something, as the lacquer won't stick to the raw steel. :)

  • it will if you do it correctly

  • I have done it before on an old frame, and it worked fine, but its flaking off a bit this time, any advice?

  • key the frame first, leave at least a day betweeen layers, key each layer first before applying the next and do lots of thin layers.

Failing that take it to amourtex who will do a lovely clear powder coat for under £100
