Will be on holiday but happy to help out on the Sunday, my main strengths are hanging around, chatting crap and drinking beer. But I have a few fruiends who are pretty senior in the company that runs the catering company who cover off Earls court and Olympia and so might be able to get them to help on the beers

ipads are a nice idea but so easily stolen, I would not have anything on the stand that isn't locked down very securely (laptops can be), you'd be amazed how much shit gets nicked from these shows
