Peanut and almond butters both get eaten out of the jar with a spoon.
I also sometimes eat honey straight from the jar but even I acknowledge that this isn't right.
I do that with peanut when I run out of crackers.
Almond butter is new to me so I'm not sure it has the same appeal.
Nutella is banned -

Almond butter is awesome and fun to make. Doesn't have the semi-savoury flavour of peanut butter. In its pure state, I find it filling very quickly, so not a binge problem. But mix it with maple syrup or cocoa or make a salad dressing with it and it becomes fatal.

Re: nutella. I've dodged a bullet on this one as I hate hazelnuts, and therefore can only eat limited amounts of it. When we were kids we had hazelnut-free chocolate spread, I don't know whether you can get it any more. Perhaps I shouldn't know.

I was given a jar of out-of-date nutella by my (kind kind) boss. It didn't last long, but luckily I have no desire to buy more

Hats you can definitely buy non hazelnut chocolate spread in < this supermarket.
I know this as I did it by accident.
Vanilla Protein shakes with nut butter and Nutella in are awesome (I'm beginning to realise why I'm not losing weight)

Shit, why not have another one...
"Most adults benefit from protein intakes above the minimum RDA"
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2666737/Once you're done reading all the references, feel free to start a thread about personal training and body building so we can ignore it more easily.
