I thought it better to keep the advice and general questions on here, and send the daily 'I'm so hungry' posts on the other thread.

Thanks for this.
I was a bit concerned when it said my daily requirement was 1,000 calories, though.
Until I actually read it, of course.

Mike Matthew’s site has a load of useful stuff on it but sometimes finding it can be awkward.

SW:92.5kg
GW: a highly sexeh 80kg like when I had the time to run a lot.Me and my wife (Adam Buxton voice), have decided to get on the keto. I’ve done it loads of times before but it’s new for my partner.
I’d always written it off as an option when in a couple as it’s so restrictive and couldn’t imagine convincing someone else to do it - I’d only ever done it when I was single before, but wife is keen to lose baby weight so was up for it. Quids in. From previous experience it is by far the most efficient way of losing weight (for me).Aiming to start running too once I don’t feel like such a lump. I remember my cardio improving a lot by just being on the diet itself, but youth may also have played a big part in that!

Nearly a week in and weigh day tomorrow. Been craving sugar like a mo fo and at 60g of Christmas cake last night.
I weighed Christmas cake.
Who am I?
No exercise this week as no time / I wanted to get used to restricting calorie intake first.
Starting long ish commutes next week.
@Acliff see you’ve started a separate 2022 specific thread. Good work!
