You've failed thus far. I really look forward to it.
You don't even know what I weigh, princess so, please feel free to focus on the topic at hand.
Yeah, but only because that unit of measurement is yet to be invented.
Oh, I believe the Metric Fucktonne is live and well.
Better than Metric Fucktone :)
I thought the new measurement unit was a mergetrick trucktonne? -

That's it. It begins again. Someone told me I'd put on weight so fuck it.

I'm enjoying the sesame ones too, with hummus. That's protein, isn't it? Look, I can do a balanced diet too!!
Add bacon. Sesame bagel with hummus and bacon is one of my favourites. People seem to think it's a weird combination....

I don't eat meat and can't remember ever eating bacon so I'll have to take your word for it.
Also, Ed, you bastard, Sainos does indeed do chocolate spread in loads of different flavours. Plain, milk, orange, POPPING CANDY. It could be vile, it could be amazing. Only one way to find out.

Really?
Do they?
And your primary goal is exercise performance? With what you claim to eat and drink?
Who's trolling who?
Edit: 2g/kg of what?
Do they what?
Yes.
You.
2g/kg of unicorn shit. What do you think? Are you really trolling that many forums you've forgotten what we are arguing about or are you just buying more time to try and find something that supports your failed argument?
I notice you take a day and still fail to answer any of the questions. Slowest troll ever. You're suppose to be quick fire so I get all wound up trying to respond and make mistakes and shit. Don't you know anything? Were you only recently given access to your parent's internet connection or something?

Who has lost some weight recently? Or is trying to? -
• #7846
I never made the first assertion; I merely questioned the figures.
.....and I'm still waiting for the actual references to the study(s) that support your original assertion.
Bullshit.

Oh yeah, reading Dr Hutch's new book 'Faster'. Former NHS Nutritionist and current Team Sky/Team GB doc, 2-2.2g/kg. "An evening meal of 60g would be common".
But please feel free to carry on with your vague arse trolling, it helps boost my post count which is the obviously only reason I'm on here.

• #7848
I presume I have as I've lost an inch from my waist.
That will be due to the vacuum between your ears being filled.
-
• #7849
Come on, bite faster troll, you're boring me.

There are several studies that contradict that high level of protein. If you do the maths, muscles just aren't made of that much protein. Even if your primary goal is hypertrophy, you don't need that much. The excess just gets converted to glucose. The downside of this; it creates a more acidic environment and the body works harder to digest the excess. Although this isn't a big problem, it does have an effect on ones energy levels.
What what? Still waiting for answers. Here's another one...
whatever that unit is he weighs a lot of them...
