I hate creatine. Had to stop taking it despite the clear gains I achieved on it as it made me feel shit despite very strict cycling

Then another burger is definitely a good choice
I forgot - I'd brought in shepherds pie. It was huge though.

I was hinting at your wasting away being down to muscle lose, due to becoming old. Pretty vague insult TBH.
Being back on the protein powder feels ace. It may slow my weight lose. But it appears I need it for recovery.
I know what you meant which is why I agreed I was getting old ish but that it was more down to me actually trying to lose weight rather than old age muscle wastage.

Hoping my stash of powder hasn't gone bad in the few months since I last trained. Throwing away £50 of creatine will not be ideal
I took a carton of SIS Rego to Majorca in Feb that had an expiry date of 2010 on it.

You need to keep it real dry. Then it lasts a while.Gives me massive water retention though. Used to take it each morning With an extra dose for weight days. Then every now and again I'd piss several kilos of water out in one go.

The sugary shit should be alright, it's the other bits I worry about.

The powershots have a crusty surface now. But the caffeine enriched centre still works.

I have some gels, decanted into a gel-pot-thing.
I did this for ROTFL last year, the pot is still in the fridge.
Will it kill me?

The bag has been sealed so it should be grand. Might be good if someone checks on me in the morning, just in case.
I've never had a problem with water retention. I drink that much shit free coffee at work that I'm away from my desk nearly hourly

Creatine mono hydrate is associated with water retention, ethyl ester not so much and has the advantage of not needing preloading.

Shit in what way? I've not really been cycling it and don't think I feel shit. :)

Massively lethargic mostly, but also, rather more embarrassingly, appeared to completely destroy my sex drive - not great for a 23 year old guy. It seems a couple of people I've talked to about it have experienced similar things but it seems to really vary between individuals.
After I stopped taking it completely things were back to normal pretty quickly I'm pleased to report. But yeah, obviously it's not the supplement for me!

Well I'm married so I doubt I would notice this anyway.

Today I ate some haribo, a twirl and some marzipan, washed down with 6 cups of decaf tea. Then I threw up outside Buckingham Palace on my run home. I hate myself quite a lot right now.

Sounds a lot like my stag do.

My body would reject that shit too. Decaf tea indeed! As if plain old dirtyshitwatertea wasn't bad enough?!

I can't deal with caffeine and I get a bit sick of herbal tea. #dealwithit

Green tea? Milkshakes? Beer?
-
• #7725
Green tea has caffeine.
I had a milkshake yesterday, stop pushing the milk on me.
I don't drink, but even so my manager frowns on me drinking Becks Blue at my desk.
