Can't you find somewhere more private than the gym to empty your catheter bag dammit?

There is a spinning studio, and a hall for group stuff- I of course focus on looking moody whilst lifting something very heavy.
Then when I've finished having a pee I use the freeweights.
I dread to see the pic of Dammit's nob on his scales.

Or the pic of the scales on his knob...

RVH - drunken trolling much?

Shame, you would have had an excuse

You should try. Who knows, it might even help you develop a sense of humour.

An actual "I know you are, but what am I?" post. Sheesh.

I am eating everything all the time at the moment. I have stepped up the cycling miles though (500 miles in the last 10 days, which is obviously nothing if you're hippy but is quite a lot more than I was doing before) so I'm trying not to worry about it and hoping my body will adjust and stop demanding two breakfasts soon.

I'm really not qualified to comment.
But my amature nutritionalist Instinct says that Your body has learnt to keep a certian store of glycogen. When you up your bike miles, it panics. Once it gets used to the new work load I say it'll settle.

Good stuff, I will keep cheerfully stuffing my face.

Damn you hippy, all I want now is a burger!

Hmmm strange, weight is back down again this morning, maybe it was a water thing, although I do appear to have an element of love handle again, disappointing...
I'm sure if I can stick to reduced drinking I'll be fine again, I'm just not very good at moderation when it comes to booze, it's all or nothing...

I have been staring at 70kg from the 71kg point for about 6 weeks now, without managing it across the line. Booze is most definitely a factor.

How much protein does one person need?
1-1.8g/kg/d depending on activity levels and total calorie intake. Also, some studies are finding the older you get the more you need to take on to maintain muscle mass.

I might get another one today.
Because I'm worth it.

I already had to put an extra hole in my belt during training last year (to make it smaller, you pricks) and it seems like I need to add another one. #wastingaway

Belt-stretch?

Getting old?

Belt-stretch?
Belts dont stretch, they wear....
....wrong thread.

Belt-stretch?
Belts don't stretch, the pins in them we...wait a minute..

Getting old?
Nope, well yes, but no, actually trying to lose weight. I've never bothered before.
-
• #7699
Then another burger is definitely a good choice

I was hinting at your wasting away being down to muscle lose, due to becoming old. Pretty vague insult TBH.
Being back on the protein powder feels ace. It may slow my weight lose. But it appears I need it for recovery.
Then when I've finished having a pee I use the freeweights.
