If I knew what a Golden Graham was, would I be impressed or horrified?
Surely you've had these with coffee before?
It's just that in liquid form. And is the reason I can no longer do my weekly shop in Sainsbury's or any other supermarket which stocks the stuff.

^^ Dafuq? That sounds really nasty.
I'm going to have crumble on toast cooked in a pie this evening.

I just can't comprehend liquified biscuits.

Holland and Barrett do some vegetable pates and spreads. They're generally one third as calorific as peanut butter.

My bavarian diet of pretzels and beer is working out pretty well

I only had one pretzel in Berlin and not a single kebab. Got the beers in though. :)

I was doing really well until yesterday and today when I consumed probably about as many calories as I have in the rest of January put together. Oops.
Oh well, what's done is done. I'm off for pizza and beer.

pizza and beer pizza and beer pizza and beer. even if I did have to put in 3 hours of damp riding earlier to legitimise it.

This thread now has me addicted to chocolate milk.
I took a diversion on the way home to get some more today.
Thankfully I think I can justify the calories!

Weight is still steadily falling off, although I've still got a fair way to go, eating healthily, exercising like a demon and not drinking seem to be working well for me.
Eating close to 3000 calories a day seems a bit strange, and I'm worried I could be loosing muscle mass but will be testing my bike power every 2-3 weeks to try to keep a handle on this...

Bobbing around 90kg, pushing it to get down to 88 ish, then I'd be rather happy indeed.

I've added more speed work to both running and cycling. Doing shorter more intense work-outs. For some reason this makes me crazy hungry. I was walking around the kitchen munching so frantically yesterday, at one point I had both a babybel cheese, and a chocolate in my mouth at the same time........This cant end well.

Beer, pizza and chocolate cakes don't seem to help. Who would've known??

Beer is a massive pain in the arse with all its pesky calories. I was accumulating a nice calorie deficit this week until I drank my entire daily calorie allowance in the pub last night.

Chest infection. No energy for running or "proper" cycling in nearly two weeks. Fatty fatty fat fat. Urgh

I find this too, essentially I think intervals and high intensity stuff speed up your metabolism for a period if time, I have to be really careful to make sure I have enough fuel on board before and then have a protein shake afterwards which usually sorts me out, but I do find myself doing that at least once a week!

I ran up Canonbie last night which meant I was then allowed a milkshake and a bag of Twirl pieces.
75.7kg this morning.

^^ I didn't realise those were the rules. I did the same and then had some very boring rice and spinach.
Re: babybels... A colleague told me yesterday that he's never had a babybel. WTF?? How can people survive such a hollow, empty, unfulfilled existence?

My diet is awesome at the moment, I had a bag of mini Jaffa cakes for breakfast yesterday (along with a protein shake, a banana and a miller rice pudding) today I had a chocolate fudge frijj.
I have lost 5kg on this diet...

That would work for me too.. if I ate nothing else for the rest of the day.

Spot on. I quit the protein shakes, as I was using them for muscle gain. I am thinking of reinstating them as a binge replacement.

This is why I run so far. 800 Cals for the Ben'n'jerrys, followed by a few hundred to lose weight.
Also Babybels taste good with a chunk of out of date chocolate. Or at least they did yesterday.

I just accidentally ate a post it note. Am I doing it right yet?
Impressed.
