I'm eating hourly at the moment, I don't know what's wrong with me.
I still seem to be loosing weight steadily, and im exercising a lot, but I've somehow turbo charged my metabolism, and it's getting expensive!

This is going to turn into a pie v crumble forum melt down.
What's the debate? Keep the marmite out and everyone's happy. I am happy to be co-judge with Hippy though.
I will never forgive the "helpful" people who added marmite to the stew I made on NYE and ruined it :(

This is definitive proof that Marmite is nasty.... Hippy hasn't eaten it.
Enough said.

itsbruce: I don't have that at work either and it sounds like a lot of work. The only thing I make myself is sambal. I don't have time to do that stuff. I usually have just enough time to actually make something to eat at home. Need something for breakfast/dinner that I can buy in the supermarket. None of this fancy diy stuff.

^^ What about a pie, or a crumble?

Holland and Barrett do some vegetable pates and spreads. They're generally one third as calorific as peanut butter.

Apple strudel today. I'm not sure where that fits in (other than my gob, obviously).

http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=2786&prodid=3484A spread of PB doesn't have that many calories though - 60kcal for 10 grams and can be bought anywhere. I'm kinda curious to give those spreads a go anyway though - maybe as a dip though.

I'm surprised that caramel biscuit spread hasn't been mentioned yet. I know some people on this thread are mainlining it.

Arawn: tinned mackerel. I buy the one in tomato sauce. Smoosh it onto bread with a fork. Well tasty. Probably not terrible for you.

I can confirm that this (well, the crunchy version anyway) on toasted crumpets is the responsible for approximately 10% of my current body mass.
And I don't care.

Arawn - How about a nice healty-ish chutney? Blender not required.

On toast?
Nah, dessert with a salt-beef bagel mains and bun starter.

http://www.ocado.com/webshop/product/Lotus-Caramelised-Spread-Smooth/82874011Sounds interesting but for about the same cals as PB it's more sugar and less protein. If it tastes good though..

If it tastes good though..
It's like spreading golden grahams onto toast / crumpets / other things you put spread on.

If I knew what a Golden Graham was, would I be impressed or horrified?
