im slowly starting, and starting as of monday with truly watching my diet, and exercising again. goal is to start with 3 times a week hour tacx/ride and ill also start the 200 situps/100pushups in 6 weeks programme.
that coupled with almost no consumption of bread but yoghurt, quark and muesli (not the superhealthy stuff, some nuts and apple in it) and normal dinner but less of it. ill update with weight stuff and percentages each monday on here to have some peer pressure etc.
ive seen a pic this week somewhere of when i was 2 years younger and 8 kilos less (77>85) which really pulled the switch besides realising i now toppled the 85kg. less general energy due to non-exercise also contributes..
excited! -

Full week, been a sort-of interesting exercise:
That book arrived the other day Hippy, I'm going through it (fairly slowly).
Unemployment may give me some time to read it I guess (if that happens).

Just been eating this warm with vanilla ice cream.
Lush.
Available at sainsburys.
Sf if you send me your address I'll post you some, as I think a trip to sainsburys might be difficult!
Ha.
I could post a block of brown cheese back as a thankyou.
That stuff must be healthy.

My life as a thin person is over :(
Thank you Saisbury's.

Been steadily dropping weight, down to 76.8 where I seem to have stuck for the past three days.
However, it's impacting my ability to train - I bonked badly 20 mins into an hours turbo session last night.
Best to eat say half an hour before? Longer?

One thing I can advise is to not eat a Pret avocado wrap just before going for a run as then you'll have to throw up in a bin in the middle of Hyde Park. Not, of course, that that happened to me yesterday...

Oh, that paints a picture.

haha I know that feeling. I had a full pizza about 1 hour before a 3.5 mile race. Ran the whole thing thinking "please don't be sick, please don't be sick" ... I think I got a good time solely as there was no where to throw up the whole way around!

Must be the week for being sick. I threw up yesterday after cycling home from Easts.
:/So far this week I have stuck to my diet and exercise plan for a full four days. Don't think I am physically losing weight yet but I am definitely toning up.

Starting to get a handle on this I think, avoiding refined sugar as much as I can, fresh veg/meat/fish for dinner, resting HR has gone back to 44 bpm- is it related? No idea.

I had a Mars icecream for dinner, and to feel less bad about it I made my housemates have one too. This is ok, right?

I feel so used.

In theory your body will get better at tapping reserves.
In theory. It never really happen for me when I was into my distance running.
I grab a energy bar 30mins before a turbo session, and nipple a powershot/sportsbean/energy gel half way through. But I've kinda given up on fueling my body on anything but freshly supplied carbs.

In other news. After a stressful period fecked up my stomache chemistry. I dropped a few kgs. Now life seems nearly settled again. I'm creeping back up. Piss.
I intend to attack this by making this winter. The winter of extreme snow running and cycling. Hope to get loads of cross country skiinng in too. As the world most inefficient skier. That'll be a great calorie burner.

Is this more effective than eating it?

I need to nipple me a powershot/sportsbean :) I thought this was one of those adult sites for a minute.
And in ice cream related news I bought a 4 pack of the new cornetto enigma's yesterday, and ate all of them, it was so much win.

Think it is just a sign that your body is shutting down.

Well that was a revealing typo.

Fuck, 43 this morning- at this rate I'll be dead by Christmas.
Everything is more betterer with whipped cream.
