129kg to 132kg that's the wrong way around isn't it? Apart from that have been getting on with the exercises the physio gave me and both knee and shoulder are feeling a lot better so that's a positive :)

You were planning to get into sumo* wrestling, weren't you? If so, it's the right way to go.
- I don't, of course, mean the forum's own oddly-named sumo, who is rather thin.

Boo hoo hoo, I've managed to get myself down to 109kg from 128kg this time last year, and have just been told that the recurring pain in my shoulders is probably not going to heal itself and surgery is the best option. Facing a 3 month recovery period, much of which I assume will be off the bike, out of the gym and definitely not involve any rugby. Going to be a real test of willpower to stay off the beer and pies, my diet tends to go out the window when the training stops.

93.5kg this morning
Makes me think I can realistically hit 90. I know BMI is shit but its nice to no longer be considered obese.
-
• #3437
In fact, 87kg would make my BMI normal (24.9), so let's arbitrarily set that as my target
-
• #3438
91.8 kg. Asmall step back then.

Feeling good this week, had a cold had a day off the calorie count, starting to feel better. Off the bike though till my knee is sorted which means I'm eating my minimum 1600 calories a day.

No idea of weight, not weighing myself till the weigh in day.
Swimming, running, gym, squash, cycling and climbing all done this week.
Eaten a fair bit though....Will be interesting.
Back hurts a bit, but nothing to worry about until I test it with a swim. -

70.3kg this morning.
Fuuuuuuck
Attempting to eat more is messing up my self control massively.
Thinking of going booze free this weekend unless the situation improves by saturday morning, and am really looking forward to a few beers at the cycling on saturday...
That 1kg up on this time last week,

Yes, but I think you'll find that you're back on a healthy, maintainable weight loss pattern now.
I think the plateau week or two is inevitable. -
• #3443
I've been playing around with the weight loss chart and at my current weight if I lose 0.5kg per week I'll be down to my target weight (75kg) by the first week of May. My fitness pal puts me at 1.6lbs per week which is almost 0.7kg per week which leaves a little leeway. I'd love to reach my target weight before that but we shall see.

So when is weigh in time/day?
Did we agree today or monday eyebrows?
Despite a krispy kreme and 3 pints of guiness I'm back under 70kg, the weekend is going to go one of two ways depending on when we're weighing in...

Hmm 81.5 this morning, how the hell does that happen in a week when I've kept an eye on what I'm eating, I was ill at the start of the week mon-weds and did eat a fair bit on tues (feed a cold and all that) but surely not enough to put on 1.5kg.
hmfff.

Probably just water rentention!
Stick with it and I'm sure the weight will come off, some times it just sticks on a bit, I had about 4 weeks of it in late november where despite running 50 miles per week and eating less than 1200 calories excluding exercise I lost baout .5 of a kg, then all of a sudden lost 3 in one week without anything really changing.
-
• #3449
92.7 this morning pre-movement, I put that down to low food intake yesterday and a run last night, although I did drink at least a litre of water last night.
Beer and pizza tonight but playing rugby tomorrow.

Shit it was today, I thought weigh in was tmw AM for some reason...
Will weigh in now...(71kg just after a big lunch).
Will weigh again in the morning, but as I expect to have lost, I don't really care too much, but I like consistency in results.
And for me 78-71 in 9 weeks is a massive achievement, so I'm really pleased.Good work, your commitment is what has won it for you and I look forward to catching up over burgers in the future.
I'm not really convinced I'm going to lose that much more weight.
This week I've eaten carefully, and exercised at an almost unsustainable rate... And haven't lost a thing.
So, not really sure what to do, especially as I still have some belly fat I really want rid of.
Well, we have got a nurovirus outbreak at my hospital... maybe time to do some ward visits?
