Cheers Spence, I went back and added some weights over the last few weeks from my own spreadsheet. They're still not showing up on the chartdata sheet though...
Formula wasn't copied across, your showing up on the chart now though!
Good to see everyone going in the right direction still.
I'm really hungry today too, think this weekend is seriously catching up with me. May have some soup or something for lunch as well as my sandwiches otherwise I'll end up buying a chocolate bar.

No loss again for me, not enough exercise due to work, uni and flat hunting. But on the flip side with the cold spell coming and diving this weekend the extra insulation will be welcome.
Moving back up to london next week, so a 3 mile commute instead of a couple of hours on a train, will start riding it but plan to run it ina few weeks and I'll be able to add a gyn session into the mornings as well.

A stable 194lbs at the moment.
Slightly marred by the feast at Meat Liquor on Friday night.

Looking at turbo training plans for weight loss as it looks as though the bad weather is on the way.
Are the sufferfest videos good for a weight loss plan? The one I've had my eyes on is Angels to help out with hill training.

the sufferfest are brilliant. if you follow the guidelines and actually push it, you'll end up sweating like a poor hipster at a rapha sample sale.

Spencey, why don't you try my broken jaw diet?
Worked for me- I looked like a skeleton.
Simply put, you can have anything as long as it can be poured.
I ended up having a soup and a yoghurt for lunch and dinner.
Watch the weight fall off!

I don't really fancy breaking my jaw to lose weight!
I'm just looking for a decent turbo plan to be honest and as I'm trying to shift the last bit of weight I'd be happy if I could combine the 2.

Blouse. If you were serious, you'd break your own jaw.
Both sides- or you are a sissy.

So, you're looking for volunteers?
-
• #3012
if you're going to be a wuss about it just use superglue on the old gnashers.

So, you're looking for volunteers?
How much?
-
• #3014
I'd do it for nothing, except a legally-binding video statement that you asked me to do it.

Ebay scammer got owned and I got my money back! Whoop!
Now desperately trying to rid myself of the 1.5kg of carbs and northern stodge added while away over the weekend. -

What do you mean if you follow the guidelines and actually push it?

I've dropped about 2kg in the last few weeks.
I think mostly from up chucking when seeing skinny people post in this thread.

72.2 after a bad weekend and monday, so not too dissappointed, double run today and I should be back on track, running seems to help me be more disciplined with what I eat and drink, I think its makes me more aware of how much effort it takes to burn off a pint!
got some friends over for dinner tomorrow and going out for drinks on friday but other than that I feel another good week is on the cards. Aim is to be sub 71 by friday morning!

Still haven't weighed myself for last week yet. I'm hoping to be sub 80kg.
The new regime or early mornings/ early nights and not cycling everyday at the moment is hard though I'm trying to find a balance of what I should eat but It's difficult.
I'm going to run though tonight once I get home from work.
Does anyone else find when you wake up and eat your breakfast at 6-630 your starving by 10-11? It's only 10am and I'm already hungry.

Does anyone else find that they're constantly hungry.
Yep

Promax diet first thing = no hunger til 1pm even with a 2.5mi run to work. It must have magnets in it or something equally arcane.

I found with some of the promax it was keeping me full for a while, do you have breakfast with that though or is that a meal replacement?
-
• #3024
I've never eaten breakfast in my adult life so it's replacement for me. Well, not really a replacement as it's a new concept consuming food in the morning.
-
• #3025
Well, not food exactly but you know what I mean...
It works for me but obviously I might be an exception as I never ate in the morning previously.
