In other news, we've had all the food while away this weekend so far. Filing tax return and being broke for the next month will help put me back on track. That and a fuckload more running...
Won't be posting our post-weekend away weights for you to laugh at but at least managed to resist the free full-English this morning, no starter at dinner last night. Forgot how awesome carbs taste tho and demolished a calzone last night. Ho hum -

Rubbish weight for me this week. Been moving house so ill weigh myself tomorrow once I've unpacked scales, that'll be todays weigh in though. Now we've moved I can contrite on the weightloss.

I haven't added last weeks as I haven't had a chance to weigh (with moving house and everything) so I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning for last week, which means I won't have as much weight loss this week as it'll only be a short one.
76.2 after my ride- that's 1.2kg dropped since Friday morning.
