After two months of healthy eating and cooking from scratch instead of chucking things into a maicrowave I put on weight 2kg. FML!
I think I'm gonna swap juices for water - only need to buy a new filter for the fridge (I was brought up in times when you would not drink tap water). -

Have you taken any exercise at the same time?

Day 1 of the Promax.
Chocolate > Strawberry.
Tmw I'll try the banana flavor. Think I'm going to alternate each meal, to keep the variety going.
Pretty tasty, compared to the other shit I have to drink. -

Fucker on ebay screwed up my promax order and sent me the weight gain 4000 version instead of diet. Gonna run out before I've returned it/got the replacement. Grr.
Expecting a small loss tomorrow at weigh-in, been hovering between 63-64 all week. A loss is still a loss and I've taken a couple of days off running cos I had a little twinge in the hip. -

72.5 post run rehydration and protein shake.
Didn't carb up last night as planned and it didn't seem to have much effect.
Going to have a banana now and then normal sized portion of lasagne for dinner.
Hopefully that'll stave off the hunger without going nuts, and I should start the week at my weigh in weight for the first time!

I've just stumbled across this thread - how does your spreadsheet work? I've been tracking my weight for just over a year now, but would like to shed a few KG.

just add yourself in, and as you have them your weight for the dates so far add them in in the appropriate boxes.

Do not buy from ebay seller golfer0791Contacted them regarding my promax order they screwed up(was supposed to get diet + shaker cup deal and received high-protein and no cup) and got a rude accusatory email in response. The packaging had their name and address on it, matching his paypal account. Dumb fucker.
It's not a lot of money so I doubt Paypal or ebay will do anything. Just a heads up in case anyone else is seduced by the lure of a cool black and gold cup.
Assuming this doesn't get resolved I'll have a 600g tub of choc high-protein I'll have no use for. -

Wow. definitely a scammer, a clever one though as he's managed to turn it around and act like I'm screwing him over.
Doubt ebay will do anything. :( -

Wow. definitely a scammer, a clever one though as he's managed to turn it around and act like I'm screwing him over.
Doubt ebay will do anything. :(How did he manage that? eBay are normally pretty good if you stick to the facts, don't get personal, and follow procedure. They normally side with the buyer. I'd open a case if I were you, it's pretty straightforward.

I have opened a case, have had a couple of emails through the resolution centre, his tone is unbelievably aggresive and accusatory. He accused me of scamming in his first response.
To coin a schoolyard phrase 'whoever smelt it, dealt it' I have been curteous and polite throughout. I don't doubt he's had hundreds of positive transactions, I won the auction on the first bid and he's trying to fob me off cos he's not made any profit on the deal.
I only went for him cos I wanted to cool black and gold shaker cup! If he'd sent that and the wrong shake by mistake I'd have happily given him positve feedback and just put it up on here for trade/beer. Instead he's outed himself as a brow-beating maniac.
Ebay won't step in til the 29th. I've neg-repped him already based on his threatening emails and will happily await ebays judgement one way or another. It's not the £20, it's the fact that ebay works on trust. -

How much was the stuff?

£20 for 600g tub of promax + shaker cup.
He's fucking with me for a fivers worth of cup. -

heres the auction. was only gonna bid to £22 as I didn't care that much and would have happily walked into a shop and paid a score for the shake but thought if I could get the cup as well for the same price it'd be a deal. How wrong I was. -
• #2845
How much do you want for the powder?
-
• #2846
I feel like I'm buying coke..
-
• #2847
Hahah can you wait til the 29th and say what ebay say? If I don't have to send it back it's yours for a couple of pints and a good story.
