I still have all the details from the last person that tried to fuck with me on ebay.. her photo, her or her partner's business contacts, home address, fucking everything. That was £400 though. I would've fucked her up for 400 quid.

Oh for real. Glasgow is a long way to fuck someone over though. If it was local I'd be doing all sorts of scheming right about now. I have faith in the system, ebay has been good to me so far.
Last time I had a package fail to arrive I contacted the seller, not only got replacements but extra goodies for the inconveiniece and have ended up staying in contact and had other stuff made to order by her. -

Surprised with my weight today, since I've been in the .3s and .4s for the rest of the week. I didn't eat much yesterday though, which could explain it.

Still 72.5kg for me, but i tend to loose my weight in the first half of the week, so hopefully I can get into the 71s next week.

63.5kg
A loss is a loss.
The continued threatening and aggressive emails I'm receiving from the ebay seller are really getting me down though I have to say. It's quite unnerving to be honest. Will have to wait a week for ebays judgement. Hard not to react when he continually accuses me of perpertrating the scam. -
• #2858
Sounds like a menatalist, mark his emails as spam and forget about it.
-
• #2859
Meh, will ignore him and await ebays judgement. At the end of the day I have ended up with a tub of protein worth £20, just not the one I ordered and for some reason a cool black and gold cup sounded appealing. I know it's not worth the stress but ebay shouldn't allow nutty sellers to threaten people til they give up in this way.

So just realised that when I hit 72.3 then I will have lost 2 stone.
Something to look forward to, running yesterday has really upset my stomach, I usually suffer a bit when I do a long run for a couple of hours but runners trots for nearly 24 hours is excessive...

Nice to see everyone going in the right direction again this week so far.
Lady Liz is doing week 2 of Jillian's Ripped in 30 right now, looks like a cunt compared to week 1. My turn in a minute.
Gonna run to H&B after I reckon.
Might just flounce this place and join LondonRunningandJogengering forum instead. I bet those guys are a riot at parties. -
• #2862
I'm revising my weight to 72.3- I think I must have been dehydrated in the morning- have had 3 readings of 72.3 since gym and rehydration/ shake.
( I know it seems a bit trivial, but...)
-
• #2863
Yup, Jillian week 2 IS a cunt.

@ edmundro, the people I ordered my tubs from were amazing:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110802935259&clk_rvr_id=308912893821Really fast delivery, helpful communications, etc etc.
What does Jilian have you doing?
I need to change my gym routine I think. Will post up the new routine when I do it on Tuesday.
My home circuit has changed too- will check it over the next few days and post it on the same day. -
• #2865
Check it out online, the one we're doing at the moment is her new one, it's called Ripped in 30 days. 20min circuits, progressively harder over 4 weeks. 3 mins strength, 2mins cardio, 1 min abs. 3 sets of this formula with different excercises in each set. Theres a little warm up and cooldown stretch at the start and finish of each workout as well. Every plank, crunch and squat variation you could imagine.
We've got a few of her dvds, you're welcome to borrow one if you fancy? We have 2 based on 20min workouts which are all rounders and 2 based on 40min workouts which are more targeted. For reference we have 30 day shred(20min sessions), ripped in 30(20mins), killer buns and thighs(40mins) and 6-week 6pack(40mins)
The 20min ones def feel more of a workout than the 40min ones. We're halfway through ripped at the mo but you're welcome to have a go on one of the others if you want? -
• #2866
Maybe next month- after you're fully ripped- as that's when I aim to be focusing on toning, after the loss of hopefully a few more kgs of fat.
I'll have a look online- my current one is a mish-mash of a variety of sources.
(also as I live in the midlands, it could be a challenge to swap the DVDs rapidly). On my 3rd side note of the day- this week the weight loss has finally started to show centrally. Before, I'd noticed that my face and neck had started to thin out, as had arms and legs (which is where I'd been focusing my workouts) but this week, the gut has definitely shrunk and I'm starting the long road to looking like I was when I was 21, rather than my fattest point which was when I turned 24 in May.
-
• #2867
No worries, they're cheap new/used on amazon, worth a punt.
H&B have promax diet with a tenner off at the mo so same as most suppliers so picked one up, was a 1.5mi run there and back as well so worth it.
In other news the ebay sellers last few messages have all been in caps lock. The last resort of the desperate. -
• #2868
@ edmundro - don't let this seller's emails get you down. You shouldn't have to put up with aggressive emails, you can escalate it to customer service. Do this and forward his emails on to them as part of your case. They'll probably wrap this up in a couple of days in your favour in light of how unreasonably he's behaving.
No weight loss for me this week, have been nursing an injured shoulder and not been to the gym all week, could have just done cardio and left the weights alone but have been feeling a bit sorry for myself (hate injuries, am sitting typing while balancing a bag of frozen peas on my shoulder). Oh well no weight gain either.

Thanks Van, it's all logged, refferenced and quoted. He is desperate to have the last say, even when I've said simply 'this is a matter for ebay'
I'll escalate as soon as I can, they can view all our emails and will also forward the ones that he sent before I opened the case. He's contradicted himself several times and admitted to selling items he doesn't have in stock. I'm sure it'll be resolved. -
• #2870
Wow. definitely a scammer, a clever one though as he's managed to turn it around and act like I'm screwing him over.
Doubt ebay will do anything. :(I made a bid on a similar item. If he fucks me around, I will give him negative straight away.
If not, I will need that DVD how to get ripped in 30 days. -
• #2871
By the way, I've lost 1.5 kg - I've been doing some light weights, stretches and started running. Also bran flakes for breakfast instead of cheesy toasts/sausages. OK, maybe it's because I've just had a big shit.

As i said above, I'm sure he's mostly a legit seller, I think he was just bummed I got it at the opening bid so he didn't have enough profit. No doubt if he escapes unscathed he'll be on his best behaviour for a while. It's not the money, it's not receiving only part of my order, it's the principle of it. That and I don't like being threatened by people I've spent money with.Ripped in 30 is bitchin, being new to this its nice to have something structured that tells you what to do, think i'd struggle to come up with a suitable routine on my own. I think her dvds are mostly geared towards women in a toning and conditioning way but they're fucking brutal. Sticking at it every day has shown awesome results in just being able to get through the whole workout from day 1 to the end of the week before stepping up to the next level, the fact there's little or no repetition of moves helps prevent boredom. I'm struggling more with co-ordination and learning the moves at the moment.

Trust me, it's much worse with ladies. My wife was selling hair products and wigs (don't ask) and sometimes also buying if the price was right.
Some sellers would send her an email saying things like "Don't think you can get this Brazilian hair for £50. I paid £250 for it" and being all aggressive on the phone. Just set a reserve, you plum!
Some people just don't get the concept of an auction. Same with new buyers who bid on 5 items and the choose the cheapest and ignore the rest. Highly frustrating. -
• #2874
He's shill bidding..

Come on' let's have some more updates peoples, or has everyone fallen off the wagon in week 3?
Cool, thats a good one, will be in touch.
The sellers talk of scamming is amazing, worked out the maths of how much I'd profit on the deal, how people like me ruin ebay and he'd rather close his account than bow to the likes of me. It's jokes. Once it's resolved I'll post em up. Just read them through, you can imagine the meat-headed buffoon hammering away at his keyboard in indignation at being busted. I've never neg repped on ebay before and probably never will again. It just seems hilarious he'd open himself up to this process for a couple of quid on the off-chance I'd let it slip. No chance sir.
His spelling is also hilarious.
