It's just an experiment. The offer is for 120 tabs, I'll only be taking 1 a day so for £20 it'll last 4 months, less expensive than the cod liver oil I take for my knees, won't be buying it again either way. Not looking for quick fix, all the sheen comments last night just happened to make me chuckle.
Just done 20 mins of circuits, feeling pretty beat now. Should really sort my taxes and invoices but training seems a far better way of procrastinating than most things. -

Could that be because of the caffeine in it.
Rather than the magic dust.
There's 4mg of caffeine. Doubt it.
(2nd bit I got wrong. will go re read notes)
But I do know it speeds gastric emptying.... -

Now eating spicy noodle soup. This stuff is lovely.

I'm making hurried man's rushed Beef + Mushroom pie.
with a side of japanese style coleslaw....
Think its about 1000 calories.
will probably only eat half though. -

Just got my scales! 51.7kg right now, although it's night time and I've had dinner and tea so maybe not so accurate but I updated the spreadsheet anyway.

Ran 7.5mi and walked 5mi today. Gonna eat a small pizza and drink a beer without a touch of guilt. Been a busy day. Win.

No cycling today, but a heavy hour in the gym, followed by fish and chips.
Burp.
Rest day tomorrow, then 46 miles of Hampshire valleys on Sunday.

I'm staying on or around 76.2 at the moment, averaging ~10 hours on the bike per week, which is a mixture of long road and high intensity turbo, and two gym sessions on top to try to avoid turning into a chicken shaped person.

Chicken's have skinny legs. I think you mean the other way around.

Today is rest day. Awesome. Bedroom gymnastics only today I feel.
Quietly confident about weigh-in. I ache all over(must drink more water) so certainly feel like I've done the work. -

Down 1.5. Note to self: dehydration is your friend.

Had all the food today! Promax diet for brekkie, 2 cheap skinless sausages at around 11, then a bag of japanese rice crackers and a bag of dolly mixture. Fajitas for tea made with a tiny bit of chicken and a lot of veg, no cheese, relish or sour cream. No oil used, just the water from the onions to cook it in. Yoghurt for pudding. Still a bit peckish but will resist.
Aches all gone so good to go tomorrow.
Ah well, will weigh-in in the morning, not be embarrassed if it's not gone the right way for me then spend tomorrow running/riding it off again. Lady Liz will be adding herself as well if it's not too late to start?(she's not a forumenger but known to many of you reprobates). -

I've had a pretty fluctuating week- got down as low as 72 kgs, and have seen some days where I'm 74kgs.
Its the first time that has ever happened to me. But it was probably to be expected as my exercise levels have been shit this week, revision and my exercise routine don't seem to mix. Have changed things around, so hopefully should be back on daily routine tmw.... fingers crossed.
My bet for my weight is 73.7 kg.Actual weight- 73.2kg.

64kg still. Could have been worse. Sucks to undo the good work earlier in the week but hey ho, such is life.
Could do with more accurate scales at home as I can only do .5kg here, ones at work are better but not there on sundays for weigh-in.EDIT - Lady Liz is in the game now too.

I haven't been able to stop eating since Friday.
I think doing long runs on an empty stomach doesn't work...

11st 7lb
First target reached in 9 weeks
Have now set revised target of 11st
If/when I reach that I'm going to reward myself with a new bike
No deadline, but I would estimate it will 7-9 weeks

50.1 this morning. My energetic week and laps of RP yesterday have paid off, despite having fish and chips last night.
-

Updated the spreadsheet, so its going to look a bit shit till people fill in this weeks weight.
Current leaderboard by %weight loss/ initial:
1.Spenceey, Scoot- Edmundro and dan.
I've set 71kgs for the end of this month as the new goal as I've reached 73ish v. easily.
- Edmundro and dan.

Actually I'm going to change my initial weight to what I recorded yesterday which was 50.2 because the current one is inaccurate and would give me an unfair advantage over everyone because I definitely haven't lost over a kg in a week.
-
• #2723
Going the wrong way, 76.9kg today.
-
• #2724
I've gone down 2 kg, but that's in 10days rather than the 7 prescribed by the googledoc.
I've eaten a lot this week (and mostly unhealthy) but I think I'm still dropping holiday weight, and have been eating earlier.

I've been doing strength drills on the turbo, and a lot of squats at the gym- I'm hoping this weight is quad.
That last point may be a slight exaggeration.
