30 when I wake up.
30 when I get to work.
30 after lunch.
30 when I get home.
30 after training, while I'm waiting for the shower to get warm.I used to do a set before getting into bed. But it ups my heart rate.
This is damaging to my core strength regime though. As in I dont have one any more. -

Do you get some odd looks in the lunch hall?

DEXA Results:
I'm 22.4% fat, which is massive, I'm pretty disappointed with it.
Just as a side note- my home scales suggest 15%, which is a massive error percentage.
Anyhow-aim in 6 months is at least a 10% reduction in total fat.
Here goes a more severe change in diet.Finally-muscle biopsies fucking hurt.
I also have dense bones

I was doing more in a day before (80 - 100 in sets of 20 before work, during ad breaks etc) but this seems harder and is having more effect as they are all in a shorter space of time. My shoulders, chest and tris feel more defined.
It's just an app that gives you a pyramid type set and a timer. gimmicky but i haven't given up yet. It says to have a rest day between sessions but i'm just taking it as i go. for instance, i did it Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs last week, rested Friday, Played a full game of Rugby at 6 on Sat (we won 45-19 btw) rested Sunday and did another set last night. Feel ok today so may do it again this eve.
very much building up the credits for chrimbo like SF. Also, it is quite nice when people have commented on my change of appearance so maximising before going home to see old friends and family next week (vain I know, but it motivates me too).
Although, all my old free weights are at my parents house so if they haven't thrown them out I will be "working" from their place over the holidays so may use those to stem the boredom. Plus I have a ridiculous fixed frankenbike out in their garage that I threw together once. It is ludicrous, suicide hub with something like a 28-12 ratio(sprocket too small to use BB lockring), front canti brakes, old apollo MTB frame. Fun, but not for going distances on. I might see if the weather lets me chuck it around the dirt roads for a bit o' craic.

94.4kg today (108kg in Jan '11)
push up session 11-11-13-11-11-9 with 60 second rests
I used this app for about two months (is it the one where you can also do squats & sit-ups?), my target was '100 continuous push-ups' I completed the program 3 times but I've never done more than around 50 press-ups in one go. It just says do the course again if you don't reach your target.
I'm not really sure of the science behind the staggered sets, and I dread to think how many times I'd have to complete the program before I got close to 100, but it served the purpose of getting me to do some press-ups at least. If you really want to improve your press-up stats google the 'Evil Russian Push-up program', I've heard good things.

We have a big floor space in the toilet.
I'm not sure the heavy breathing and repetitive movement sounds, are earning me rep points though.

Needs to see how many press ups I can do.
Henry that's a bit of a shock, is that all fat rather than just surface fat?

I am currently beasting myself at the gym every other day. I have a mad plan to play front row rugby, while also making up the team numbers for some challenging roadie events. Stupid mixture of hobbies. But there you go.
The daily push up routine. Keeps my muscles feeling stiff. Which in turn motivates me to hit the gym.
we won 45-19 btw
Nice one. The seasons over up here. Its killing me, as I finally had my running game dialled in after 2 years of training myself to run like a back (too small to run through people in my old age).

I'd like to do a simple body density test. Quick dunk in a big cylinder, and a weigh in.

Surely you could arrange that in your factory, albeit with a small chance of ending up like Han Solo in the Carbonite.

We have a coriolis flow meter attached to a large tank. I could use that. Would mean submersing myself in pentane though.

73.9kg this morning!
900g to go before Xmas!
I've only been close to this weight once since I was about 15!!

Wehey! Good on you!

73.8kg
Bought some 'slim fit' jeans yesterday as all my clothes are beginning to hang off me, at this rate I'm not quite going to hit my target by Xmas but it's not the end of the world.
My scales are back to telling me I'm overweight which is a little strange, then again they also think I should weigh 67.3kg which is never going to happen.

92kg... Disappointed... I've now put on 2 stones since I quit smoking 18 months ago, back problems haven't helped... :/

1st day of training. Smacked it out at 110 rpm can't remember the wattage, but not insubstantial (80% max)
Heart rate at 190 at end of 3 minute sets.
Started the mystery supplement. Tastes like crap.
6 months to go.
Didn't weigh in today because you should do it at the same time every day if possible and I spent all morning in my car. -
• #2197
73.5kg :D

Oh hang on I weigh myself at the same time every day, if I hit 73kg before Xmas then I will be a very happy boy indeed!

75.9, I seem to be getting heavier having massively upped the cycling.
I usually aim for 100 a day. 25-30 at a time. 2 sets in the morning and another 2 at night. Or 3 in the evening depending on how I'm feeling.
