What bartape is this?
the bike is from 1971 though the frame was apparently repaired and repainted by Mercian in 2009-1010. Bars are Cinelli Giro d'Italia. i've asked the guy but no reply

Only if you want to look retro at the expense of comfort.

Yes you're right, pointless on a 90's bike anyway, thanks

You forgot that I have to cover ten times longer route to get to the pub than Hoy on the track.
You wanna test stuff. Throw it on my pub bike! -

My ex-grilfriend is an absolute dead ringer for Pendleton... except she was a rower.. .which means she had bigger thighs. Jaysus.
Its totally uncanny. I want to post a pic, but i dont think thats right.

Perhaps he needs narrow to squeeze between the black cabs on the way back from the track?
-
• #6221
He'd want that stem Ed had, to flip his bars as well.

I'm not a spinner. I know that, for instance, on the TNRC I often can't keep up with people on smaller ratio's than myself. It sounds like I would definitely be able to tell that it is spinnier, so I think I'll go the one tooth.
I should have phrased my question differently: Will one tooth make a big enough difference to notice or should I go two? And it sounds like one will be plenty.
I love 65, it can get ridiculous on downhills (brighton, some of the TNRC).
Not sure about the chrome on a carbon frame. Maybe with black grips.
Thanks guys.
