They said something like: I could place a claim, but it probably wouldn't be honoured as the insurance covers things like theft, vandalism and damage arising from an accident, but not things like everyday wear and tear, or materials defects.
Something like that.

When is it acceptable for your bars and seatpost to be from a different manufacturer?
When you stop caring about the opinion of a bunch of bike snobs.
Also, obviously, where the seatpost is part of the groupset.

How do I stop the iPlayer image freezing? the audio continues fine. Always seems to happen near the end of a programme.

That probably means buying a new fork, also meant that you've either got 29" or 26". Adjustable is winner

Is a Garmin 800 worth the £107 extra over a 605? Both new. I care not for cadence, heart rate and so on. I just want to upload routes I've plotted in ridewithgps.com and get it to tell me where to go while recording where I go and how fast I go.
Best of luck- I tried to get in touch with the UK Fuji person, never returned calls.
What specifically does the Evans insurance cover? Sounds pretty useless if it does not cover this sort of thing.
