Express Tavern Kew +/-20:00
Watch out for the road works at the junction with Kew Bridge,
there will probably be some out-of-patience drivers fuming in slow moving traffic.
Securish bike parking down the left hand side entrance to the Beer Garden,
(you'll really need a cable to secure the frame).
Wide selection of guest beers. They had some tasty stouts & porters back in December.
For the carnivores amongst us, Thursday night is 'Rib Night'.

Don't know why those 11 miles home felt so tough, but it was slightly uphill overall.

A good, if chilly evening.
We hadn't noticed the large flat 'screen' before,
due to it being a projector system with a retractable screen.
What Alex made of most of the conversation, I do not know.

possbily from Friday evening.
What this will mean, will probably be open to interpretation.

While I fully realise that Ruislip is so isolated that Ruislip residents don't even need to self-isolate, and I appreciate the gesture, I don't think this is a particularly good time to be calling for forum drinks. :(

RRA AGM, arranged for 30th April, postponed, as the Council have shut the building it was due to be held in.
Next monthly meeting will telephone conference.

Given the (typically) poor response, it's even less likely anyone would indicate any intention to attend this week, with or without Stanley Johnson facemasks.
LB Hillingdon currently admitting to 21 cases of Covid19,
so elderly neighbours are self-isolating.
