OK, sorry for the slow progress on this. I've added the updated list to the OP and have emailed the Format Oracle (John H) to see how best to make this work. Sunset is at 4.30 so probably going to be an early start, once I know how many bench teams we can fit in I'll beg people to be captains and then we can do a draft. Any more people want to sign up, please do so soon and I'll add you to the list.

ALSO the usual £2.50 pay to play for HH will apply to this tournament, I'm also proposing an extra £2.50 voluntary donation to the LPC which will go towards HH court maintenance. Sorry I didn't mention this earlier, the surprise bit is of course voluntary.

OK.... CAPTAINS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED! They will be Miles, Tim Warin, Jimmy, Luca, Emmet and Antonio. The draft will begin tonight, so please sign up now for any last minute additions, and the teams will go up over the weekend so themes can be figured out and people can sort their costumes.

DRAFT IS COMPLETE! Here are the final teams. I'm afraid that some people posted after the draft had begun and the captains felt that it would unfair to put them into the mix after the first few rounds had happened, so at this point they are only up as subs if like players drop out.

Your captains will be in touch shortly with costume themes, if your forum name is listed as a '?' then please make contact with them to so they can communicate with you. There will be a forfeit for turning up uncostumed, and a (shit) prize for the best costume.

Other than that the tournament is due to start at 9am sharp at Herne Hill - bring warm clothes and beers and snacks and spooky things.
