And when we have guests it can make a lot more than that.

We tend to get through 3kg to 4kg of beans a month and 16g of beans per shot.

If you do I'd recommend a machine. Doesn't have to be an expensive one, but they make life much easier.

Don't ever bother making gnocchi. It takes ages and isn't any better than the bought stuff.

I made gnocchi once, it was better than shop stuff, but still not worth the mess and effort really. Pasta without a machine is good too but a machine would be nice for the couple of times a year I can be bothered.
