  • Sweet. Already had three more people ask for the same colour since i did his!

  • Have now done a 300 and a 400 on this and have been commuting 150+k a week on it too. Hasn't miss a beat. Fucking quality bike. Comfortable always. Fast when I want it to be.

    I did have to get some bars with 75mm reach instead of the 85mm of the Fizik bars that I had before. Was just an experiment so got some cheap Pro ones that were on clearance. Will probably get some Zipp's at some point.

    Having now ridden through the night twice, the thing that I am happiest with is probably with, other than the frame, is the lighting. It is just so good. Also tubeless is great. Have only had one semi puncture. Pulled over, inflated tyre for ten seconds. Rolled away. The best thing about it is that I am just excited to ride it every time I see it and I've not really had that feeling with any bike before. And if I am not riding it, I am dreaming about riding it, so yeah. Very happy.

  • Those hoods and neo classic make nice interface

    Yup, Neo Classic is 73mm reach and the shape is brilliant, I actually find them as comfortable as my Zipp SL-88.

  • This bike does everything. Still no punctures. Still stiff as fuck. Still handles like a race bike but keeps me dry and illuminated. Also packed down very easily considering it's complexities. I loooooove it.

  • Ed, yes. My lights are attached to them. Front is easy to sack off, rear is impossible. Need some of those fancy magnets to divide cable if I wanna get rid of both guards.

  • Hey, how do you find having the front light mounted to the mudguard? Does it bounce around on gravel? I'm thinking about how to mount a light on my future Isen... Would be nice to have out of the way of handlebar bags and stuff.

  • Taking this to the Dolomite's in July so finally adapting for summer riding. Ordered Hope 20FIVE 24h pre built wheels, Ultegra R8000 rotors and cassette, a 6800 chain, three pairs of replacement brake pads, sealant, rim tape, new bar tape - all with a cycle scheme voucher :-)

    I just need to order something to split my dynamo wires and then I am good to go, as it'll allow me to remove my mudguards and lights. Also need to order tyres - tempted to go for 28c Schwalbe Pro One's, but I'm so enamoured by my 30c G-One Speed's, that I may just buy more of those....

  • Yeah. I agree but it already looked gappy with 30c let a lone 28c. It's ~200g heavier for two G One Speeds over 28c Pro Ones.

  • Get 25s?

  • Heck, why not get 23s!

  • Because A) will looks ridiculous. B) I love those tyres so much and I'm not convinced 200 grams or a slightly larger tyre is gonna hinder me. I've already lost 5 kilos in the last couple of months so whilst I care about the weight of things like my very heavy wheels,I'm not really fussed about the 200 grams from tyres.

  • Rotating mass - where it’ll hit you the most.

    But I’d go 28mm for comfort and descending confidently.
