by this pace they wont have entry level disc road bikes by 2018 but 2019

wut? were you asleep last couple of years .. they had 1x and everything .. that bike hasnt changed since its launched. They've introduced a new 'lighter' frame last year but thats about it. Their latest disc bike is Endurace which has all the new disc stuff like thru axle and flat mount ..

oh, i kind of remembered they had 2x 105 on cheaper (gray) and 2x ultegra on the pricier (black red) model.

by entry level disc road i mean alu otp complete closer to 1k than 3k

yes this is what ive noticed on my caad. fucking annoying. unsure how to resolve too. more powerful QRs?

Shimano quick release might help, but ultimately to get that sharp levers feel, the pads need to be set closer to the rotor which resulted in it rubbing at every flex.

Also, trying the rotor may help.
