  • p.s. I'm shitting myself

  • Looks completely to the wire. Going to be ugly either way with both sides claiming it

  • I got my figures completely wrong so I've edited. Basically the Florida polls were out by about 5 points, and had Biden ahead in PA by 5.

  • Be very afraid. Biden can still win without Penn now due to Nebraska, but it's too close all over the place.

  • The US had 4 years of Trump and they are this close to voting him in again. The mind boggles.

  • I was hoping to wake up to blue wave but I've woken up to blue waffle.

  • I reckon Trump has it. And was always going to in the current climate.
Altruism is not Constitutional. Biden banked on altruism.

I hope not- but I can't picture the Biden win at the moment.

  • The early votes which are getting counted last will make a difference but that also plays into Trump's narrative of the result should be decided on the night.
The fact Trump will be increasing his absolute numbers in the popular vote from 2016 is staggering

Factor in a rise in voter numbers, but still, yeah...

  • This is tight.

  • It's not looking good for flpping the senate either, so even if Biden wins no good legislation gets through McConnell

  • BBC analyst getting my hopes up.

  • Every single serious analysis of how this would play out said it would appear to be close early on as postal votes are often counted later. And Trump is going to declare victory at some point to try and influence the narrative.

  • I hope so...

  • Trump victory speech imminent.

  • blue waffle.

    Just Googled. Cheers, Son's crying......

  • The real shitshow is about to begin.

  • Looking at this empty stage, waiting to see if a civil war's about to kick off...

  • What even is this statement?

  • A night to forget for Biden?

  • @dubtap
We won, people are stealing the result by insisting on counting the votes.

    That’s what this is.

  • I note he isn't mentioning how many millions of votes he is behind on the west coast.

  • Trumps speech...wow.

  • He’s off to the Supreme Court, only thing is these are state run elections and the state courts have jurisdiction until 8 December.

  • Even knowing he was going to do it - it's chilling to see.
