He was never gonna do it.

I had hope.
I thought he'd last longer. But after his failed LEJOGLE attempt with knee issues, I was cautions, as knee issues do not just go away. And if you pull out of that, well a year is a lot longer.
All a bit odd.

Any links to this decision? I can't see anything on Strava...
Can't say that I'd be surprised by it though.
I've just brought https://goo.gl/RBHtiS back up to date, and am pondering adding in the other two failed attempts as well, so that all of the data is in one place.
Kajsa's riding is also now up to date on https://goo.gl/lYClYG

No decision, but he's not riding many miles.

Thats a shame. I've enjoyed following everyone's exploits. Was hoping Bruce would keep it interesting for a bit longer.
Good luck to Kajsa though. Hope she smashes it.

Amanda Coker, another contender for the Ladies' HAMR, has just signed up.
A comparative avalanche of interest in the records, since Steve started the ball rolling.https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10208487982814957&set=gm.1052598861449666&type=3

Best of luck!
Do you have a 'game plan' for the year?
"Ciszewska" - Polish or Polish heritage?

What distance do you need to average daily to get the current record? What do you do for a job? That's going to be very difficult to sustain!
Cześć! Whereabouts in Poland?

The plan is quite simple:
86km mon, Tues, Thurs, fri
150km Wednesdays
200km/day on weekends, holidays and bank hols
Simple! No? :)
I work for Rapha hence I can do 150km as we are allowed ride time till 1pm on wednesdays
I'm originally from Warsaw but my parents have now moved away and live in a suburbs -

Im based in Erith
I'll be taking an interest, especially as I am an "Erith".
Best wishes and good luck!
PS I found your blog hard to read: grey on black.

Thanks guys 😀
Are you now @Scilly.Suffolk? 😉
Thanks for the feedback re blog. I tried minimalistic look and didn't realise it maybe difficult to read. I'll have a look into it -

Good stuff, Suzie. I'll follow your progress, too.
You missed one out in your blog title: ride-work-eat-sleep-repeat :)
(By the way, a slightly similar title was used by Anna Hughes for her travelogue around the coast of Britain:

)
I'm sure the good folk at Rapha will let you ride all you like as long as you keep up the pretence that you're suffering instead of having a lot of fun. :)

I've just updated https://goo.gl/lYClYG bringing it back up to date.
Will try harder to keep it that way. Hopefully @Suzie starting will give me a bit of an incentive to do so.
Does anyone know if any of the others who where looking at this record have started yet?
