Looks great, doesn't look massive like your other bikes either.
-
• #428
...that is f**king awesome... probably too large though
Yes. Ok.
Well at least one of these on the panniers:
And *Born To Kill * scrawled on your helmet plz.

P.s. Sort out the fucking rack.

Ah now they're working.
Not convinced by the tape but I think it's growing on me the more I look at it.
Were you tempted by crosstop levers as well as the drop levers? Not necessary but can be a nice addition if you'll be having long distances in the saddle.

13.56 kg as pictured
P.s. Sort out the fucking rack.
haha, yeah, not a rack expert (fnar)

That's not too bad.

Yeah probably not worth the ballache for the small gain of more comfortable braking approaching traffic lights.
Is that a good fit for you as pictured? As it looks remarkably well-proportioned for a giant's bike.

Keep thinking that myself. It's looking great, a mini version of one of those ammo boxes would be amazing on it.

So far so good. Reach may be a bit short (feels so in the drops)
-
• #439
Stem does look a bit short comparatively with the TT...

Tommmmmmm/Bothwell might it look like that because the mudguards give the illusion of larger wheels?
-
• #441
You could be right. Might be the double racks as well, helping balance the wheels out further. You definitely need something for putting chips in, though.
-
• #442
I also think we are used to seeing huge amounts of seat post on your builds, but the little bit of extended seat tube helps eliminate some of the visible seat post.
-
• #443
This looks a far more considered build than I ever managed to achieve with it :-)
Good work, Apollo!
Should've got an Ogre.
-
• #444
Are you going to get proper pedals before doing any audaxes?
-
• #445
Yes...just used those to walk it to the shop and ride home

It might also be the strategically-placed bars hiding just how long the headtube is.

Surely it's already very comfortable with the handlebar nearly parallel to the saddle?

Surely
It's spelt "Surly"
