  • What do people use/recommend?

    Supernova with tail light, very bright and doesn't suck up a lots of resistance from the dynamo despite being the brightest.

    You can ask Matt to customise a mount on the seat tube to hold this;

    Or Edelux II (lower drag) with this integrated tail light mounted on the seat tube;

  • Some good info regarding lights here.

  • New Pure 3 look awesome;

  • If you're going full bling why not run a disc front?

  • The dynamo is not disc-brake compatible.

  • Agh that's a shame.

    What made you decide to switch to a modern style frame set?

  • Hmm too late I guess but schmidt do disc dynamos. I remember reading about a mountain biker who did a lot of night riding and swore by them, as an alternative to the external battery LED headlight setups that most use.

  • That is super nice, 0 degree option too, perfect for my NFE!

  • Three hundred dollars.

  • For ~£250 I'd prefer to get one custom made rather than OTP.

  • .... or this?

  • Three hundred dollars.

    Do not want.

  • If this is the other frame on your Facebook page, it is much more exciting than the Oak.

  • It's not.

  • Oh. Ignore me then. The oak is very pretty indeed.
    I just got confused with the brakes.

  • This is the Path Racer:

  • what dynamo are you using?

  • Press fit BB?

    Edit: actually, that would be daft, wouldn't it.

  • what dynamo are you using?

    Shutter Precision- Exposure re-badge them in the UK.

  • are you keping rotter?

  • I like what you've done with the place Neil!

  • when these are all done your going to have the best names and faces to bikes post in forum history

  • when these are all done your going to have the best names and feet to bikes post in forum history

    agreed

  • Press fit BB?

    Edit: actually, that would be daft, wouldn't it.

    It might be daft, you are also correct- it is a Paragon Machineworks PF30 shell.

    As also seen here:

    It'll probably be used with an adapter to BSA initially, but I've got a couple of things I wanted to try, which this gives the flexibility for.
