it's only a few more than that, if you can ride 70 miles on the bike then you can do a flat 100.
Yeh but itz like 112.
-
• #253
it's not though, it was under 110 last time I rode it. And I mean flat as in there's no real hills, although there is some nice rolling downhills.

179.03km says the official map (111.89m)

But I have to do two miles to the station, then 3 from Liverpool Street to Ackernay and I generally get lost a bit.
-
• #257
You're fucked then
-
• #258
Don't forget that the ride gets shorter every year due to coastal erosion.
-
• #259
Why else did you think the old school riders run into the sea holding their Garmins?
-
• #260
If they have Garmins, they're not 'old school'. Self-evidently.

Yea just been there for a few days...

Have a great ride people. it is pure magic !!!
I'll try and make it to some of the forum rides this summer.
Allez Allez Team LFGSS !

I'm looking at the ride home too this year so in for trundling and tagging along.
It's a deal. We should find an early-opening pub. Or a decent espresso.
-
• #264
Ha. A decent espresso in the wilds of Suffolk at 7am on a Sunday......
Maybe I should bring the aeropress. -

How long are you planning on hanging about before heading back?
Planning o going fixed - probably stick to my town gearing of 48/16.
<ight try and pick up some bars and put hoods on just so there are a few more positions.
As mentioned will be cruising along with the odd pub/pork pie stop
Any news on the LFGSS CC tops as it would be good to have those so we can heckle/support?
