Soma Highway?
I've got FSA Compacts and they are by far the nicest bars I've ridden.
This really needs Campag - would look great with new Super Record!

Soma Highway are a compact drop bar, not a classic drop.

Sorry thought we were talking compact for some reason?
In that case Nitto

Nitto M106 > Soma HWY ONE for 26.0 compacts anyway. By a million miles.

Why?

• #358
Better shape I'm guessing, not all compact are identical, some have a very long drop that extend further beyond the handlebar clamp, some have a ridiculously "steep" drop like the Bontrager SSR that I grew to hate.

Why Chorus when you can Altena?
-
• #367
Why Athena when I can get a group equivalent to Chorus for less than Athena?
Campag pricing is ridiculous.
-
• #368
If you're going Ultegra, it better be the 11 speed one.
They're awesome.
-
• #369
flats roads aren't rare near me.
A good thing as you are even worse on hills.

Much like the Serotta.
-
• #372
that Serotta Ed posted is ugly as sin. Do not put deep wheels on this frame.

• #373
The rims I am using are 13mm deep.

Noodles are very nice bars if you like a round drop. The long section behind the hoods is very comfortable. They had too much reach for the bike I had them on but I'd definitely consider them again on another bike.
