Just opposite CTUK HQ!
Popped into see them today and got a guided tour of their outfit.
They were busy grinding and packaging the beans that were newly roasted in Wembley.Really friendly . Offered to pop round to CTUK with some free coffee on Monday.
(Offered them cycle training in return...
...lucky them ;) -

Signed up, that ought to keep Wogan from moaning. Last time he came back to mine the cheeky sod laid waste to my biscuit barrel whilst denouncing my Kenco Rappor as 'loutish'. I'd got some Yazoo in for Debbie McGee and it was only after he'd left that I spotted the ungrateful bugger had taken a swig of that too.
Thanks again, Pact and Velocio

What a great idea and what lovely people to deal with, the internet at its best, thanks Velocio

How do you login to your account page?
I've got to the coffee page and relevent brew method, how regular the delivery is etc but after pressing confirm order it just reloads the page.

Exactly this, looking forward to tomorrow morning already.
Great user experience on the site - invited three colleagues via my account too, so their marketing strategy works.

Just got my bag from Pact (clearly I need a bigger letterbox as there was no way it was fitting through. Part of the 5% wahey).
It grinds really fine - or at least finer than the (admittedly rubbish beans I've been using) - so I ended up making a ristoretto, but it is very tasty indeed :)

First order placed! I'll (sadly) have to cancel after that as I'm out of the country for a month, but will more than likely be signed up again when I'm back in the country :)
Don't worry at all - you can hit 'pause for 1 month' on your account page and it will hold the orders until you're back. Alternatively, just click on the date of your next shipment and you can change it to any point in the future.

This is am amazing feature. More companies should offer hassle free pauses in subscriptions.
Can't wait to get to work on Monday and taste the coffee

I'm having issues with the site (or being incredibly stupid) but I still can't get past the how do you like your coffee page.
Is there a general Account Information page? Running up to date Chrome and I tried in Firefox too but had the same problem.

I think that's a design issue - it may be missing a confirmation message. Can I call you to make sure it's all in order? I'll just need your surname to look up your info.
Or you can get me on 0207 231 0247!

Oops - what did I do wrong!? For a web entrepreneur I am pretty technically challenged...!

I fixed the image, Branwen is emphasising we're a smelly bunch (it's all that cycling)

Fixed That For You - usually in an ironic/humorous way - LFGSS users are rarely shiny in my experience :)

One question; not having opened my delicious smelling envelope yet, what would you recommend re optimum storage? Presumably transfer to some sort of airtight container and store in a cool dry cupboard - but not the fridge?
Cheers

I fixed the image,
Wouldn't it be great if people could just post a link in a thread and some wizz-geekery would identify what the link is and automatically embed etc....

Actually the bag itself is ideal - just squeeze out any excess air and make sure it's sealed. Oh, and DON'T keep it in the fridge or freezer - cupboard FTW!

Perfect, thanks Stephen! Can't wait to brew my first cup... likely to be tonight rather than tomorrow morning, I'm not very patient...
