James,
If you get a bit better at making videos the bicycle film society https://www.lfgss.com/thread99778.html would be up for showing one or some of your videos at one of our monthly shos

Needs more Winslet in a damp nightie.
This would improve most films.

Lazy fuckers take days off sick.
I think calling BMMF lazy was the biggest LOL in the whole thread. 10/10, would LOL again.

5:35 was the best bit, which combined with 'Bip diddle bip bop, bip bop BEW!' was pretty sick radness.

Your bouldering vid is good though, well worth the wait and made me actual real LOL TM. I'll not link it here as that'd be rude.

Only watched a few minutes, but my comments would be, 'How not to cycle'.
It actually scared me watching it.
Bit of a pussy are ya??

+1. Good work there.

Stabilise tool: not so good. If you must use it, be sure to zoom your images so your image still fills the frame. I would recommend filming from your head, as your body is naturally good at stabilizing in order for you to see clearly.
I find your naivity refreshing. The keyboard warrior replies to the pisdtaking, notsomuch.
Tell your friend cycling shorts are really fucking hideous.

- On a serious note, +1 using your helmet, head as a dolly. Your neck compensates for a lot of the vibrations and acts as a dampener, you get a more stable image that way.

Stabilising tool, schmabilising tool.
Glue the camera to a chicken, and mount the chicken to the handlebar.

Why have you got your cock out?
Because it's sticking through the hole in the bottom of his popcorn? -

I'm kinda disappointed, I was hoping for some shocking dick riding I could get angry about in this post but you and your friend seem to have too little road awareness to even manage anything outrageous. It is just a video of people who aren’t very good at riding in traffic.
Then again you say it's your first time maybe you can practice some and come back with a video where you're a proper cunt.

Howdy folks, . . . .
I would appreciate your comments on what you think of the video as it was one of the most exciting things Ive done for a while, (riding through London).
Why exciting? I guess we can all get an adrenalin rush from repeatedly failing anticipate other people's moves in traffic and being forced to jump on a pavement to avoid a bus. Scattering pedestrians as you RLJ gives some people a buzz but if you do that then it is not a good idea riding into an identifiable address and putting your name at the end.
Personally I liked your other video better www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRYUIbzLFbU
, the subliminal tension delivered through the post modern editing technique almost made me . . . . -

Because it's sticking through the hole in the bottom of his popcorn?
Ah of course. The classic trick...

Yeah, 'cos that full dress was well 'ceremonious'.
As for the cycling video, I thought it was rather long and uninspiring, but as an advert for donor cards, it had a certain force. It certainly got across the point that it would be a shame to see such an inept and futile death produce nothing of any benefit.

I had to stop watching after a couple of minutes so apologies if it got better. Terrible riding aside, if you insist on making another video my tips would be:
-Get rid of the annoying black stripes at the side, it was like someone had put curtains over your camera & then shook it around
-Raise the camera, these videos work better if they're on head cams and it means we won't have to stare at your mates arse the whole time
-Use better music. Or lower the music volume & include more street noise -

Can't watch it.
Out of Popcorn
Sounds really really really good though -

Here's an awesome, exciting cycling video featuring people with skill riding their bikes at a reasonable speed which also has a good soundtrack.
You might want to watch this for inspiration.
MBUK Dirt - Part 1 of 3 - YouTube
Unfortunately your video fails to feature any of these things so it's a bit dull.
You will note that in this video nobody breaks the law or rides like a dick, although Rob Warner does ostensibly destroy a wheel on purpose, which these days would be regarded as environmentally unfriendly.

MBUK video is hilarious and makes me wonder why and when mountain-bikers started taking themselves so seriously... (not that roadies don't)

Ignore the haters. That is an excellent piece of work. Its rawness and integrity speak loudly. The characterisation achieved by the idiosyncratic riding style of both the subject and the cameraman demonstrate an intrinsic understanding of the ebb and flow of traffic and, indeed, life in London. I found it profound yet light hearted. It moved me.
Please make more films. Please submit them for the London Bicycle Film Festival.
