Nah, I usually pull them up when I cycle because my trouser legs are rolled up anyway.

Possibly a bit high at the saddle, you should just about be able to pedal with your heels on the pedals and your hips level, not sliding onto either side of the saddle to 'reach' for the pedals. Bar height looks good, a little bending of the elbows and hey presto, flat back!

Just lowered it by 2cm, feels odd but I'll try it out for at least a week.
