If you're riding along the canal Indra, this is the route we took from Chingford.

Canal to Chingford Station

I might have to meet in the woods somewhere though (ooer!) ....I will be popping in to see me old muvver first!

High Beach tea hut is probably the easiest place. Stay in touch and I'll make sure that we pass by to join up with you.

I've just got a pot of hot java lava on the go, then I'm getting out the door. I'll be there, but might bail early, depending on my legs.....I've had a mad busy 4 days with charity car washes, and messing about with hijackers.......etc!

Garmin says about 56 miles.... That bloody headwind was back, with suicidal peds along the canal....
Top ride though ;0) I'll do the strava thing later, I've got to have a quick shower, then out for a few beers.
