• That was one of the best rides I've been this year!
Thanks for the ride, cakes and fun.

  • Glad you enjoyed yourself dimi. Hope you can make it to another ride.

  • Thanks to all involved today. You were all very well behaved and easy to manage. I hope you all enjoyed yourselves.

I'm really glad that nobody broke themselves. I've been worrying about that for ages and when I saw how slippery some of the trails were my anxiety levels started rising.

Cakes were lovely too, thanks :-)

    Pete

  • Ridiculous fun. Really nice to see some old/new faces.

Mad rep to barenecessities; the sage of the forest.

    Some instagram rubbish:

  • Nice to meet you too. Glad you had fun - do come again!

I liked the fact that we added another rider to the group about half way through. I didn't expect anything like that to happen.

  • Yeah that hit the spot and then some. Massive thanks BN. Good to put some faces to forum names too, and yes picking up the extra rider and then getting fresh cheese dough balls from him was an absurd win.

  • strava'd

Lol'd at "Honey badger don't give a shit"

    Fairly flat route then.................

    :-/

  • ^^ No worries Howard. I think maybe a different pub next time though.

    One that has beer.

    And staff.

  • As much fun as today was, it's time to move on to the next ride.

  • IN....!

Riding down first though, so might be knackered, as riding back too!

  • ^ Good man. I shall remove your lingering question mark.

  • 2pm start. That's at Chingford Station, yes? 'cause the trains around that time all arrive at half past... So either I'll be there at 1330 or 1430, depending on shizznit. I'll aim for 1330, of course and sprint to catch up if necessary...

  • George, ride up with me.

  • I'm going church, bredren. I'm gonna get the train from Wembley Park to Liv St. Then NetRail to Chingford. Should be fine for time...

  • Booo

  • 2pm start.
    Yep, sure is.

U sure? Where are you travelling from?

  • Hot dang, where'd you find that! SICK. Ta, pete.

  • Which rail provider are they with?

  • ^ Greater Anglia

  • Ew. Cool.

  • Hm, I might actually be able to make tomorrow. However, if I don't get some new tyres I will get about 12 punctures; anyone got any 26" skinwall mtb tyres they need rid of?

    Does anybody have any tyres?

  • Howard offered me some, but I don't really have time to go, and my cassette won't go round. :(
