    Got a sling on the fracture, went in the sea today, hassling the wrinklies to take me to track this eve, bless em.
    As it goes I'm gutted can't bang out the last 2 weeks, as my 59 points are the top of the B group, and a couple of keen guys might knock me off the top place meh.
    But, gonna be a pleasure being at race side later meltingly hot the speed will be blistering.
    So Yeh, I'm sick certificated til September,
    Have an august plan to make a Dorset social thankyou ride for you chaps and chappessess, will chuck some dates out soon.

  • thining of this tasty 55 miler, funnily enough someone has just started a Toyko fixed night ride to Lulworth.
    can be amped up for more distance or left easier to maximise class outdoor pub time
