I've put some weekends in. The ones in the next couple of months are sorted, but my rota doesn't go further than that. But with enough notice any weekend past that should be fine.

I've finally got on the case and started to investigate this. There are a few different minibus companies but essentially they all do the same thing - pick up at Glasgow airport, drive to Fort William, stay overnight there, all 3 peaks, then drop off at Chester for the train back to London. Costs are between £100-£150pp for this.
Ideally we need 12 people to make this make financial sense. Though if we had a much smaller group then I'm sure we could get a smaller van rather than having lots of empty seats.
So, we need to figure out dates. I've set up a doodle poll with potential weekends: http://www.doodle.com/t3swvd8kskhcbbxc I've just put in the saturday of each weekend, but obviously it would be the whole weekend...
Also, good work, cheers.

So far only 4 people have filled in the poll... I'm going to investigate smaller vehicles in case we're nowhere near the 12 people we originally thought - will report back.

I did the Three Peaks last month (12 & 13 May) and really enjoyed the experience although not sure I would do it again this year.
As mentioned above - driver should not be climbing, at least on the first two peaks.
Also, prepare for shit weather - it was -15 and a foot deep in snow up top on Ben Nevis when I was there. Scafell Pike and Snowden had seriously strong winds (80 mph gusts) and bugger all visibility. Take decent kit.
Physically, the walking and climbing are not too difficult (depending on the paths you take) but having to do at least one of the ascents at a horrible time of the morning is slightly testing.
Anyway, enjoy and if this becomes an annual event I may join in next year.

The more the merrier!
I’ve got some alternate quotes for a smaller vehicle, in case we can’t fill all 12 seats. One of the companies has an 8 seater coach (no more than 7 people recommended for it though) so this could be an option as we’re much closer to 7 people than 12...
Still, if anyone’s wavering in getting involved, don’t be shy! It’ll be fun!

I think it'll be ace.
Some empty seats would probably not be a bad thing tbh- from experience having that seat next to you when you're knackered is nothing but good. -

I’m planning to do some training walks up Leith Hill in the run up to this. I might do some at night, with no sleep, for the full training experience... I'm sure that sounds very tempting, you're all welcome to come along.

I think 7 is quite a good number. Less chance of losing someone and not realising on one of the peaks...

I'd love to walk up a hill in a park, in the dark, with a stranger. Let me know when you plan to it.

This. I'll bring a flask of coffee, which won't be spiked with anything.
