It's a Keirin competition not a derny race. The pace bike is largely irrelevant.
You'd be better off learning how to sprint (in a bunch) and how to do a fast standing start, if you haven't already.

Main category is UCI. Anyone can enter, bit we'll select riders if oversubscribed based on previous performances. I think we've already got the minimum number of foreign dsprinters lined up.
