That was amazing, thanks for coming down to support our event. I think the format worked well, the riders all seemed to enjoy the fact they were all racing a few more times than usual.
I am going to be on the hunt for sponsors for next ears event very soon & we won't run out of beer again (again).
A bloody enjoyable day I thought & it was great to see so many people at Herne Hill.

eight of the best young sprinters in the country stampeding toward the finish line like a heard of wildebeest squeezed into brightly coloured lycra.
Make that seven of the best sprinters and one old chancer. That's actually made my day, I'm thirty effin six. I'm a MAMIL according to my girlfriend :(

Just to let everyone know, there are two more major, spectator friendly events this year at Herne Hill. The Dave Creasy 6 - Belgium Madison inspired racing, and Muddy Hell, night time cyclo cross.
