Doesn't work like that, the cranks have the 'non-allen' side of the bolts built in and their designed to be used with two rings and a spacer. So even with single rings you need a spacer because the bolt just butts up against the end of the standoff as you can see in this:

oh,i now see what you missed..one can unscrew that allen key built in thing itself,revealing a threaded spider arm.. so the chainring bolts directly to the spider..off to google for it..had to use some violece and to het the cilinders out,sie they wereld locktited in..excuse these werd autocorrects though..dutch autocorrect and on phone

Firstly that would involve a trip to London.
Secondly that would involve me trusting sumo to fix it instead of the combined powers of a mechanical engineering workshop that I currently have at my disposal.
