Going clipless and which shoes?

Plucked up the courage to go into a cycle surgery yesterday and ask to try them on. Felt like such a sham man, especially when the guy said he'd go in the back and look for them and was searching for the last pair for ages.

Glad I did though, 9 was too small. I've emailed Sigma and they've already responded saying they'd send out a 10.

What size did you go for in the end?

Went for 10, 44 2/3rds. They Fit perfectly. I usually wear 9.5 in trainer/sneakers so I guess it's a small size up.

Got these Shimano Custom Fit R241 from Acycles.fr in France for under £150 and took them down to Bromley Bikes at the weekend to get them shrunk to fit in the crazy vacuum boots.

All tight/pinch points just disappear after they have cooled down and set around your foot. Really impressed.

I have a brand new black/grey pair in sz 45 going spare for velly good price if anyone interested too.

Madison are pretty good at getting stuff out next day delivery if you've placed the order before 1.30pm.
