That MASSIVE hill is only 1 mile long avg 4.5% max 8.5%. This route has a few inclines, not hills.
felt massive on my fixed running 81inch gear!

Cheers, it did make a mess, I couldn't understand where the pool of blood came from since as far as I was concerned I'd only just gone down. The Isleworth A&E people were very good - concussion seems to get you to jump the queue. Suspect I came close to breaking my nose as well, that's still pretty sore. I did reflect that a cycle helmet would have been useful...
Ouch! Get well soon (and definitely in time for the Deluxe)

Yeah Des watch out for that raquet racket!
Wish I could tnrc as I like this route. But can have pulled a muscly wuscly on Sunday - something about getting a cramp after plunging in the river ... a bit like Alien, in the river noone can hear your muscles twang.

Boo!
Would probably prefer to do this than go to the football but can't really turn down a client's hospitality. I'll just have to console myself with the free booze on the corporate hospitality package.

only copied about 12 times!
TNRC 11 Sept - Welwyn Garden City
Kings X 19:18, return trains 22:30/51 23:00/32
GS 4 about £5.50
Rolling 38 miles - nice route for a first tnrcPS AirTime: assume you have the correct number of lumens available (>250) ?

haha i remember the original post, my question was more along the lines of whether i can meet u at either FP and get on the train there or meet u at welywn.

Good ride. Enjoyed the faster pace, or was that just my 70" gear spinning?
Felt pretty tired by the time I climbed the short hill to home at 12.30. Probably the 2 lewisham to kings cross sprints I did earlier, and Dedham on Sunday.
Legs feel well used today -

Really enjoyed that one. That burrito really helped me keep the tempo up. Hope you're feeling better now Sam. I blame the sandwich selection. Next time: go Mexican.
I'm putting my foot down and saying Kent 1 for the next ride, will see if I can get Purple MJ out of hiding for it :) wana blast up Exedown!
Have a good one y'all.

First half was certainly a bit quick. Apologies everyone, I was a bit cold and had the memory towing two new cyclists 100k on the weekend.
Judging by the amount of chat I got through with AirTime after half way I'd say it was slower second half.
Going to ride into the office and take a peek now...
Das Boo!
