Feel surprisingly ok this morning - clearly pork pies are the foundation of a good recovery strategy.

I'm putting my foot down and saying Kent 1 for the next ride, will see if I can get Purple MJ out of hiding for it :) wana blast up Exedown!

Indeed sir but, ahead of the deluxe on the 22nd (why isn't everyone on that yet?) and the /actual/ RotFL I think I'll leave it till the one after Kent 1.

Only because it comes so early in the ride, Shirley.

We met recently at the end of the HoTA route when I was packing gears. We still did not get on. It's not a hard hill, just nasty and awful surface.

Mind you, I'd rather tackle that than the St Mary Cray to Crokenhill road. Not sure why, but it gives me the willies!
