Nice compromise for testing a seat position.

Your deda stem is anachronistic dude
Dude, you are well pedantic, but I do agree with you, totally!
Let's keep in mind that this is built on a small budget and mainly using parts I already owned in my box of stuff.
Also I was quite keen on using an "open face" stem, so I could try different lengh without re-wrapping every time (I have 3 of them, the deda murex currently installed and is 115mm I think, a short (90mm) and chunky black ITM, and a ridiculously long silver deda, like 135mm!!) I tried all of them and stupidely fucked the thread of the ITM, but the Murex is the best fit, if not slammed "a la tester". I suppose any "open face" stem would be anachronistic... Once I am sure of the position / projection of the stem, I might look for something more correct.
As my dad would say: "Ca ira bien assez pour un petit pays..."
I bet you won't like the definitive intended wheelset (the one currently installed is from my 1960s Witcomb)... Black open pros, black spokes, gold Perrin-Maillard Professionnel 28 holes... Not the ideal wheels for the bike, but a spare wheelset I already had...

you must find some 531 stikers
A super kind forumer has sorted me out with vinyl transfers that I drew especially to serve the glorious memory of LES... (well, I did what I could...)
These should be applied onto the frame over the WE...
Reynolds stickers could finish it off nicely, shame we can't find 531 awesome anymore... And that would not give the ones for the forks blades anyway...

Unless I missed something, nobody knows who the frame builder is, so I'm not going to put someone else's name on the frame, it wouldn't make sense to me. I really like the idea of branding it LES, and I feel it's legit, somehow...
Now with regards to the yellow and the actuall design / font, it's debatable, I like it but not sure it will please everybody...

good luck mateDon't worry, I know where to get them in London, it's not a problem.
I don't know if you've seen them before but there was a exclusive print of "531 Awesome", which is the ones I was refering to, and which I would have love to have on the bike. Only they don't come with the forks blade ones, just the seat tube...

We were discussing the name and i had a HORRIBLE pronounciation of the play that made you laugh and told me NO.
Looking nice but I'm still not sure how I feel about Les as anything other than a ridiculous HHSB.
