• Blimey! That's even slower than when the (mostly) ladies hit Brighton in October! Arf!

  • With luck they will catch the last train home!

  • the ones with twin spoks can jump off ditchling and fly like a chinook down to brighton.

  • I've been hanging about in town awaiting the invasion - can't believe its taken them so long - I'm back at home now cos my tea is nearly ready.

Well done all on conquering the mighty Ditchling!!

  • Where's the, "Finally made it back to London, time for a drink!" drinks?

  • they iz too kool for lahndan, will stay in hipsterville on c for eva

  • Hope not.

    Only joking.

  • ^^^ No. Snapped chain = messed up hair, ripped Barbour, bent Ray Bans, stitched and glued chinos, no riding and no HHSB goodness. :(

    ftfy

  • How long roughly should it take to get to brighton? 3 ish hours normally?

  • About 5 mins with a teleport.

  • It takes as long as it takes... They're on fixed bikes over 65miles with a large group, I've been on a ride that took 10 hours. Pub stops. Punctures. Good times.

  • Just in back in ldn. I many stoppages on this ride, must have been at least 7 punctures. Nice to see everyone though

  • Any tubular punctures?

  • Ha, nope!

  • Although im not convinved there were many tubs, if any?

  • Spok up Ditchling was the worst idea I had.

  • Ace ride, just back at victoria, still on train in fact. Will post more later but: Alan (jrm?) you left your bag on the train dude. I have it with me but don't have your number. I'm heading home to hackney, pm me to sort out getting it back. I'm about tomorrow but north/east.

  • Glad you all had a good ride. Sorry I missed this!

PM sent. That would have been my bag.

Huge thanks to the engineers who managed to remove my flatted track nut at the lunch stop. I was resigned to a train ride home at that point.

Couldn't have asked for a better day out; tailwind, sun, no rain and great company.

  • Fun ride today. Went straight from the train to the pub to watch the football. now home to shower and then party hard

  • wooohoooo just made it hom guys. will feed back tomorrowxx

  • Any carbon bling fatailties?

  • Great day, great ride, great company. I started out massively hungover and ended quite drunk. I won a hat that matches my bike. I had no problems all the way to Brighton then punctured in the 15 mins between Victoria and Camden on the way home. Surely no better way to spend a Saturday.

  • Spok up Ditchling was the worst idea I had.

But you still got to the top first.........

  • Great ride despite the delays. Bunch of troopers all of you. Blessed with amazing weather and fantastic company. Big up malaysian, great to meet you. Shinkuu, sorry to bail when you punctured, hope you and the boys wern't delayed too long. The ride home through town was jokes, never seen so many cunts in london on a Saturday night (in 12 years of being here) although that could have something to do with spending the day on stunning country roads with equally stunning folk. Thank you all.
