  • Andy Schleck has not tweeted for a week.

  • I think his mum took his phone away from him..

  • andy schleck won't win the tour this year..

cuddle evans will, with thor and gilbert destroying the GC
    contenders methinks..

    It's going to be:

    1. Bradley Wiggins
    2. Mark Cavendish
    3. Chris Boardman

*pops on trilby and heads to bookies

  • no doubt you are using the reverse forecast strategy, luci ;)
    #tapsnose

  • Andy Fenn wins again.

  • Not a bad start to his pro career, eh? 2 races, 2 wins.

  • Found some video of both finishes. Not even close

It's early days, but he's beating some seriously good quality riders there.

One of these days I'm going to take an early season holiday in Mallorca. Mild climate, decent vino and a few days following the racing would be great.

  • Cavendish!

Amusingly, someone over on Bikeradar, who worships Contador, posted that thinking it was genuine.

    Bikeradar >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • Need chemicals to win anything and are so spindly they'd get decked in a fight. Lame.

  • Not a bad start to his pro career, eh? 2 races, 2 wins.

Ignore this clown ^, Fenn rode the Tour Down Under.

  • the English and their talk of Wiggins is ridiculous with the addition of Cavendish. Froome is a better talent, and a nicer guy.

    Interesting, and probably true.

  • Ignore this clown ^, Fenn rode the Tour Down Under.

To be fair, the press were making it sound like this was Fenn's first outing for Omega and swept his struggles in Oz under the carpet.

Your split personality can rest easy...

  • So it's mid February, and we've got 2 wins for Fenn, a win for Cav and a second place for Adam Blythe!

A few years back, GB would have been happy with that result after a whole season's racing!

I still don't take for granted the resurgence of British cycling, and I fucking love it. I'm so looking forward to this years calendar that I'm losing a few wee drips.

  • probably a repost but..

time to sell my bikes, go proper armchair fan....

    It looks idyllic;

  • I went on a training camp once in Mallorca in March couple of years back. A (freak) weather system sat over the island for the entire week. It pelted it down all week. Miserable, cold hardly any training done at all. I gather it's snowing there at the moment and even Sky boys cancelled the day..

  • Fucking wusses

  • I know.. It's not like they have to clean their bikes and do their washing or cook their food..

  • From Cav's Twitter,

Average speed at today's Tour of Qatar was 48.3kmph. That's average folks..

    And crosswinds.. FFffffffffff

  • ^ yeah when i saw that on twitter, 30mph average is crazy..then the rest burning off even faster!

    Then this from Cancellara:

"Looks like they have seen me going fast today when i put some gas on in the race in the last 10km.Happy 3th.on the way to the dopingcontroll"

    bullet train comes to mind.

  • Peloton found a new super drug? They have probably all got the gear Gilbert was on last year.
