Wiganwill Has been taken ill in the last few hours. He was run over by a van filled with vitriol and bitter sarcasm.
He is leaking bile all over the place and his spleen is over-enlarged.
Nurses say he has a nasty taste in his mouth and his spine is out of line, but they can confirm he has been bitter and twisted for a long, long time.
I'll pass on news as I find it...

THE CLAW IS BACK!!!!!

Here I am with King Kelly! He took The Claw very graciously. He hardly flinched. His body was like teak beneath the suit. He spoke to me, but I fell asleep and when I woke up he'd gone.

Me with the mighty Malcolm Elliot. He took The Claw like a man. I even think he enjoyed it. The Claw was intimidated by his orange colouring and highlights, and looked like white spider lurking on his shirt.

Here's me with Jonathan Tiernan-Locke! He loved The Claw. It aroused him. He snuggled into me like a small grimpeur against a friendly moustachioed Col. It got so chummy that a goblin faced pal photobombed us.

Ooh! It's pretty Ben Swift! He'd just had a shoulder op and was easy meat. He tried to flee but The Claw took him with only the briefest squeal of pain.

I caught Luke Rowe in the bogs. He looked shifty, like he might have been wanking, but his Movenber lip fluff didn't fool me. My own moustache overpowered him, The Claw finished him off.

An lastly we've got Lucy Garner!
Hot AND talented! She fought like a cougar until the moustache seduced her with it's sweet, sweet music. Then The Claw took her. Poor girl.It was quite an evening.

Does The Claw have any kind of performance-enhancing effect?

The Claw has clearly been a user in the past. The distended digits, the pale complexion.. it's abundantly clear.

Well, we know that. I was just wondering whether it might bring the whole of Dave Brailsford's house of cards crashing down.

The Claw actually has a weakening effect. It sucks the strength of it's victim. That's why I only unleash it out of season.

Considering the season he just had for Sky the inescapable conclusion must be the declaration presumably he couldn't sign, given the numerous rumours about his time at Telekom and his known association, and recently reiterated in the USADA's reasoned decision, with Michele Ferrari. A major player for Sky has left, although he should be compensated for by the arrival of Kiry, and what I hoping is a strong (re)-emergence of Geraint after a year spent focussed on the track.
Really hoping for a strong showing from him and JTL in the early season classics, with EBH and Uran being others that should feature for Sky.
Worried by Brailsford's climb down from his previously ebullient attitude to Sky's future. With the departure of Julich, Yates, de Jongh and now Rogers, a lot of experience has gone from the team. I read today that he is saying zero-tolerance is more important that results, which the doping theorists are talking as getting the excuses in early for ditching the juice in 2013. But then they are damned if they do, damned if they don't: if they continue winning they're still on the juice, if they don't they ditched it and 2012 is a sham.
That said David Walsh has endorsed Sky recently, even is Ashenden and Kimmage used the Change Cycling Now press conference to reiterate a lack of confidence in Sky's results in 2012.

how do people feel about the real chance of a Pro team on steel bikes. Read an interesting piece in this months Rouleur magazine.

Romantic, probably involving suffering. In black and white. Sans Serif font. Crosswinds, chevrons, the Breton coast.

apparently Boonen used a steel Pegoretti Marcelo repainted as a Specialized in the 2007 tour de france.
Oh do, it's always useful to know what is happening in other threads.
