At tournaments, yeah. Should probably be in pick up as well.

isn't this a no-no?
The polo gear would be the bigger so the smaller inner cog would be shielded. I do know some touraments don't allow you to have your flip flop with a 2nd freewheel. But the chances of interaction with the smaller of the two gears on a freewheel is slim. I'm playing in the land of no basic healthcare and no facemasks. I am yet to get a bash guard :(

You'd probably be better getting a cassette hub and putting two cogs on that.
-
• #755
Wheel is already built. Do you mean a screw-on cassette?
-
• #756
No, swap the hub if that's what you want, I don't think you'll find a 2 geared freewheel better than the WI one. Or HTFU.

Your non polo gear is on the outside, so it could be a no-no for tournaments without a cover of some kind of cover, I reckon the low engagement points would piss me off more though.

I used one of these on my first polo bike, didn't have any problems although i don't know if it would meet the standards/engagement points people want now

If you can run your cranks the wrong way round and put the freewheel on the wrong way round (might be a problem with removal), you could easily have polo gear on the outside.

So the last thing I need to do to get on my new bike is move my cranks across (middleburn uno).
I've taken the bolt out, but they non-drive side just isn't coming off, I guess it's seized.
I've been hitting it with a hammer, but it just won't move. Any ideas?
I might ride it without the bolt for a weekend, see if it loosens it.

use a fecking crank puller

On the subject of axles... Anyone know where I can get a 10mm axle for my front Hope Pro 2 Evo?
I've converted the hub to 10mm running a Superstar QR but really wanna go with an axle that'll take M8 bolts just like the rear hub...
I've got a hope pro II rear hub with qr fixtures. Any recommendations for converting this to bolts? I've had issues with the nuts slipping before and also not sure which conversion kit is the right one.
Cheers LPC. -

Surly tugg nut instead?
-
• #772
I don't have any axel atm so would buy a bolt rather than a qr.
Cheers though Kev. -
