I'm off to the Sunday sessions.
Was so gutted before as i ended up in A&E when the tickets went on general release, and i had it all planned to be at the computer at work ready. And then a friend managed to get 2 tickets and offered one to me a couple of weeks ago! Yippie!

How the fuck do you get to the velodrome??
By bicycle? :)
That's what I'm planning, unless London is knee deep in snow or on fire again or somesuch. Going both fri and sat evenings - can't wait
-
• #108
Thought about riding but DLR from Lewisham seems a better option really. Can't be arsed to lug it out there on what will prolly be a cold evening. Plus bag, helmet, cleats blah, blah, blah

a guy from my team is gonna be competing(sprint), anywhere online I can watch it? dont have access to eurosport
-
• #112
I think you have to get the train- I think the only way to access the velodrome is through the park and the park isn't open yet so you have to go through the station. Although maybe you could ride to the station, dunno.
I'm going on the Sunday (yeeeeeeeeeeeeee) and I know someone who's going on the Saturday and although he lives in Hackney said he has to get the train because it's the only way to get in. Or something. -

Looking forward to this.
Anyone up for a post Saturday session pub meet up to discuss the day? The only pub I know in Stratford is the Golden Grove, which is a Wetherspoons but it's decent, and the Indian next door does pretty good food.
