Somebody has sent me a text saying "I will be at your flat at 8.45 to give you the money for that sleeve"
- Who?
- What money?
- What sleeve?!
- 8.45am or 8.45pm? I'm not really sure I'm down with either
- I don't understand :(
Is it from Merlin?
Great ride folks, pictures to follow
( from the gobby one at the back!)

I guess it is too late (tried to PM one of the leaders yesterday). There is a simple straightforward way through Shelford to the Genome path if you ignore Shelford railway station.
Just follow the road through Shelford with church and then Coop on your left.
At T junction (A301) turn left.
In 150 metres turn right (cycle path sign to Addenbrookes)
In 150 metres cross railway line and turn immediate left onto Genome path. Simples! If you mange this there is an easy traffic free way to Cambridge station
100 metres after Genome colours stop, the cycle path turns right (SP Addenbrookes)
Ignore this and carry straight on under road bridge then bear left where path joins road (tarmac cycle path).
This is a better way to Long Road but;If you want the traffic free way (before you reach Long Road) turn left just before the big new Molecular Sciences Biology building (can't miss it) onto cycle path alongside guided busway and cross railway bridge.
At T junction turn right and use cycle path alongside guided busway to Cambridge Station.Great to see you and Patricia at the pub. Many thanks for the route and the welcome at the Devonshire from all the travellers.

Good ride, thanks everyone for making it so - big up to those that went above and beyond keeping it all rolling smoothly.
Sorry I had to split, i would have made my flight if they hadn't cancelled them all!!! Not impressed, as I could have stayed for a few if I'd known earlier and maybe said goodbye .... ;) thanks again. T

Great ride. As the ride name suggested it was damn freezing - all the lymph nodes in my neck are now swollen and there's specks of blood in my sputum!
Really enjoyed the company, the pelotons on the long straights and the entertainment of people doing the both-feet-on-the-top tube Massan from Macaframa thing downhill. Brilliant!
Big thanks to Laner, Bernie, Dimi3 for co-ordinating the ride and Hoefla for leading the last part of the ride.
Yes there were punctures, but surely the longest red light ever was the greater encumbrance?

Oh, Michael ... :)
Now Michael needs to redraw this himself, substituting the requisite poo for the wee, and post in the 'Draw your own collisions' thread. :)
